1. Scope of application
1.1 The business relationship between WADIALTOOR.AE S.R.L. and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “customer”) shall be governed exclusively by the following General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of conclusion of the contract.

1.2  As a new customer, please use our contact form to get in touch with us by e-mail. This way, we can forward your enquiry to the right contact person and ensure that it is processed quickly.

1.3 Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless WADIALTOOR.AE S.R.L. expressly agrees to their applicability.

2. Offers / service descriptions and performance
2.1 The presentation of products and services does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to submit an offer. Descriptions of services on WADIALTOOR.AE S.R.L.’s websites do not have the character of an assurance or guarantee.

2.2 WADIALTOOR.AE S.R.L. reserves the right to change or remove the services or service descriptions on the website or otherwise without prior notice and to include new services or service descriptions.

2.3 Errors and omissions excepted.

2.4 WADIALTOOR.AE S.R.L. reserves the right to provide all services itself or by commissioning third parties (e.g. TRANSPORTATION companies). WADIALTOOR.AE S.R.L. shall be responsible for the selection and commissioning of third parties.

2.5 WADIALTOOR.AE S.R.L. reserves the right to pack and dispatch consignments in such a way as is necessary for proper and professional handling. This includes, but is not limited to, decisions as to whether consignments are to be split up and with which TRANSPORTATION companies they are to be dispatched.

2.6 Orders transmitted may be cancelled by the customer at any time. WADIALTOOR.AE S.R.L. shall charge the customer accordingly for services already rendered in relation to these orders.

2.7 WADIALTOOR.AE S.R.L. reserves the right to refuse or terminate cooperation with a customer at any time. WADIALTOOR.AE S.R.L. also reserves the right to refuse individual orders.

3. Deadlines and dates
Dates and deadlines stated by WADIALTOOR.AE S.R.L. shall only be binding if they have been expressly agreed in writing.
